Rental rates vary with the season and can change without notice until reservations are confirmed. December 1st through April 30th: May 1st through November 30th: Holidays: A deposit in the amount of $500 is required to initally reserve your rental then serves as a refundable security deposit. This deposit will be refunded to you 2 weeks after departure assuming there are no damages to the property and/or its contents and golf cart. The full rental rate is due 30 days prior to arrival in the form of money order or check in USD. Cancelations must be made at least 60 days in advance or the deposit will be forfited.
